If you haven’t heard already, Trish Matthews a REALTOR® with CENTURY 21 Realty Partners has won the 2015 Texas Realtor Hero Award given by the Texas Association of Realtors. The award is given annually in Austin to a single Texas REALTOR® for “outstanding achievement in advancing and promoting homeownership in Texas. ” We are naturally very proud of Trish and her amazing accomplishment. Trish has first hung her license with CENTURY 21 Realty Partners in 2012 and has been with us ever since. In that time she has proven her commitment to her clients time and time again. She is rated a full five star agent on both her agent profile and her agent profile based on completed client surveys. She has been a proud affiliate of the Homes for Heroes® program which “rebates, and discounts for firefighters, emergency medical professionals, military and veterans, law enforcement, teachers and healthcare workers when buying, selling, renting, or refinancing a home.” When we spoke to Trish about receiving this award, she said:

I serve heroes everyday that both save lives and educate. It’s hard to believe that by helping them I can be acknowledged as one too. I guess I just do what you’re supposed to do and give back to the community.

— Trish Matthews

We at CENTURY 21 Realty Partners congratulate you. In the time you have been with us you have done an incredible job and we look forward to continued success in your real estate career. Check out some of the pictures from the awards ceremony […]

By |2017-03-13T15:54:53-05:00May 29th, 2013|Giving Back|

As many of you know, on May 20 a deadly tornado (with estimated peak speeds of 210 m.p.h.) touched down in Moore, Oklahoma just south of Oklahoma City. The tornado killed 24 people, 10 of whom were children, and injured 377 others. As with the rest of the nation we are saddened by this tragedy. As residents of Texas we are not strangers to the devastation that tornadoes can bring. We are posting here a letter from Rick Davidson President and CEO of Century 21 Real Estate LLC that touches on the impact of this storm on CENTURY 21 Franchisees in Oklahoma and the communities they call home. The letter includes and appeal for charitable donations to several organizations that are working to relieve the suffering felt in Oklahoma. Please consider giving, many of these organization offer aid during natural disasters worldwide, and many of these organizations were there for us during Hurricane Ike. Thank you.

Dear CENTURY 21® System Members,

Our thoughts are with all those impacted by the tornadoes that ripped through Moore, Oklahoma. Some members of the CENTURY 21 Family incurred property damage, but all brokers, managers, and agents are safe.

The destruction caused by these tornadoes has affected schools, homes, and businesses throughout the area. If you would like to help, you can make a donation through the Realogy Charitable Foundation. Your gift enables the following charities to provide assistance in response to this disaster:

By |2017-03-13T15:54:53-05:00November 9th, 2012|Giving Back, News|

As many of you know, CENTURY 21 International is headquartered in Parsippany, New Jersey. Anyone who has seen the news in recent days is painfully aware of the devastation confronting many in New Jersey, New York, and the eastern seaboard. Hurricane Sandy has completely disrupted life and business as usual for many of our fellow CENTURY 21 brokers and agents in the affected areas. To this end, CENTURY21 President and CEO, Rick Davidson, has just notified the entire CENTURY 21 system that;

With the recent designation of Hurricane Sandy as a qualified disaster by the IRS, we are now able to use the Realogy Charitable Foundation to provide disaster relief funds directly to our affected CENTURY 21 franchisees, their agents and staff members in regions most impacted by the hurricane.

This foundation has set up a “Qualified Disaster Relief Fund” which will use 100% of the funds raised to directly help CENTURY 21 System members in their recovery efforts. Please bear in mind that the deadline for donations to the CENTURY 21 Qualified Disaster Relief Fund is Friday, Nov. 30, 2012. To make a tax-deductible donation to specifically help CENTURY 21 System members affected by the disaster, click here.

Here in Houston, we know a thing or two about Hurricanes and how tough they can be. We also know something about community, determination, and hope, and that together we can help each other weather the strongest storms. To all of our friends and colleagues on the east coast, know that your friends […]
