CENTURY 21 Realty Partners at the 2016 Century 21 Global Conference

We at CENTURY 21 Realty Partners just had a phenomenal time at the 2016 Century 21 Global Conference. We had a sizable delegation of agents and managers who attended the convention in Orlando, Florida. Our accomplishments in 2015 earned four of our agents Centurion Award recognition from Century 21. We also stood out by offering complimentary virtual reality headsets branded with the CENTURY 21 Realty Partners logo. Even more amazing was the custom VR experience showcasing CENTURY 21 Realty Partners created by UFOSNAP. Our headset and web-based VR experience allows anyone with a smartphone to see 360 images of our offices and one of our exclusive listings. The links are already on the home page, but if you haven’t seen them yet, put on your favorite VR headset and check it out with a modern web browser. We look forward to utilizing more VR technology in the future. It’s just another of the many ways we at CENTURY 21 Realty Partners are SMARTER. BOLDER. FASTER. As the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia are getting underway, CENTURY 21 Real Estate LLC is debuting the newest SMARTER. BOLDER. FASTER. television ads starring our greatest asset: the relationships we have with our clients. These ads will run throughout the games, but will be especially prominent during the bobsled competition. No wonder, since Century 21 is the official real estate company of the USA Bobsled and Skeleton Federation. Realogy Charitable Foundation Lends Support to Oklahoma Tornado Relief Efforts

As many of you know, on May 20 a deadly tornado (with estimated peak speeds of 210 m.p.h.) touched down in Moore, Oklahoma just south of Oklahoma City. The tornado killed 24 people, 10 of whom were children, and injured 377 others. As with the rest of the nation we are saddened by this tragedy. As residents of Texas we are not strangers to the devastation that tornadoes can bring. We are posting here a letter from Rick Davidson President and CEO of Century 21 Real Estate LLC that touches on the impact of this storm on CENTURY 21 Franchisees in Oklahoma and the communities they call home. The letter includes and appeal for charitable donations to several organizations that are working to relieve the suffering felt in Oklahoma. Please consider giving, many of these organization offer aid during natural disasters worldwide, and many of these organizations were there for us during Hurricane Ike. Thank you.

C21 Super Bowl Ads

In case you missed it during last night’s “Blackout Bowl” here are the CENTURY 21® ads from Super Bowl XLVII . Prices for 30 second ad spots on CBS started at $4,000,000 a pop, which makes more sense when you consider that Super Bowl XLVII was the highest rated Television event since ratings were first tracked. For the second year in a row, we are proud to see our brand represented in the biggest TV media event of the year.

Fund Established to Help C21 Colleagues Affected by Hurricane Sandy

As many of you know, CENTURY 21 International is headquartered in Parsippany, New Jersey. Anyone who has seen the news in recent days is painfully aware of the devastation confronting many in New Jersey, New York, and the eastern seaboard. Hurricane Sandy has completely disrupted life and business as usual for many of our fellow CENTURY 21 brokers and agents in the affected areas. To this end, CENTURY21 President and CEO, Rick Davidson, has just notified the entire CENTURY 21 system that;

With the recent designation of Hurricane Sandy as a qualified disaster by the IRS, we are now able to use the Realogy Charitable Foundation to provide disaster relief funds directly to our affected CENTURY 21 franchisees, their agents and staff members in regions most impacted by the hurricane.

This foundation has set up a “Qualified Disaster Relief Fund” which will use 100% of the funds raised to directly help CENTURY 21 System members in their recovery efforts. Please bear in mind that the deadline for donations to the CENTURY 21 Qualified Disaster Relief Fund is Friday, Nov. 30, 2012. To make a tax-deductible donation to specifically help CENTURY 21 System members affected by the disaster, click here.
